One Minute è la prima canzone che Becoming Coleen ha scritto.
È una canzone autobiografica e racconta un periodo della sua vita in cui inaspettatamente tutto è andato storto. In questa canzone Becoming Coleen condivide, come in un periodo di estrema angoscia, disperazione e completa solitudine, ha chiesto aiuto a Dio… e Lui l’ha aiutata un minuto alla volta.
